Description:

Discover the secrets to your past successes and how to use this knowledge to communicate your value to future employers. In this workshop we will:

  • Analyze your past experiences for clues about your skills and strengths and discover how they provide keys to future success.
  • Identify the three types of skills and discuss the difference between a skill and a strength.
  • Learn how your strengths can be used in any job or field of interest.
  • Illustrate how your strengths can be articulated to employers in a job search.
  • Describe the sweet spot between being employed and being successful.
  • Determine how to know when you've found the right employment match.
