SUMMARY OF SURVEY RESULTS

The table below shows the difference between the University's average salary for a benchmark position compared to the market target rate for that benchmark. A positive percentage (e.g. 20.2%) indicates the average salary for the UW benchmark position is above the market target rate for that benchmark. A negative percentage means the average salary for a bench mark is below the market target rate for that benchmark. The data used to calculate the difference is as of July 1, 2007. To protect the interests of survey participants, the actual market target rates are not published on this website.
