In addition to these tools, the web site contains answers to frequently asked questions, a glossary of commonly used compensation terms, and relevant procedures to follow for new positions and position reviews, including in-grade salary adjustments. We hope these tools will more adequately assist PIs and others involved in research programs with the development of grant proposals, salary determination, and grade placement. Compensation Consultants are available to provide additional training, either individual or group, on how to use these products.
Please note: Do not use these tools or forms for reviews or recruitments of Research Coordinator and Research Consultant series positions. Instead, follow the normal position review process.
