Used within Medical Centers for premium pay for work time in which a majority of time falls between 6pm and 6am when employee is permanently assigned to qualifying shift. Employee receives shift premium for all paid work and paid leave time used unless temporary assignment to non-qualifying shift is greater than 5 consecutive working days. Once a shift is identified as eligible, shift differential applies to all hours of qualifying shift. |
