Premium paid to UW salaried and temporary hourly employees for straight time hours (paid as SEA, TSP or S/T) worked at sea.

Premium is paid while at sea beginning on the date of departure, through the date of return.

Crew members disembarking from ship in other ports are paid premium pay through the last working day on the vessel.

Payment of Marine Premium is in lieu of additional premium earnings (e.g., Shift Differential, Hazardous Work, etc.).
