BASIC FUNCTION

Lead Window Washers and perform window washing duties.

Lead Window Washers.

TYPICAL WORK

Regularly assign, instruct and check the work of employees;

Inspect, service and maintain equipment;

Monitor safety practices;

Maintain work schedules; record time spent on each job;

Perform the work of Window Washer;

Perform related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - UW Contract Classified

One year of window washing, custodial or general maintenance experience; physical ability to work on building exteriors above ground level.

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
