At the time of the new employee orientation the nurse will be given information regarding all wages and benefits available to them, including their placement on the wage schedule. In addition, nurses will be given all information (including enrollment forms) as approved by the State Employees Benefits Board, concerning medical, dental, vision, accident and long-term disability insurances, information on the retirement plan, and the availability of Health Maintenance Organization alternatives.
