Article 21 - Discipline and Dismissal

Discipline shall be defined as dismissal, suspension, reduction in salary and involuntary demotion, and written reprimand of a permanent employee and shall be administered for just cause. Disciplinary actions may be appealed through the Grievance Procedure.
