Section 1. This agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2004 to and including December 31, 2006 and from year to year thereafter unless changed as provided herein.
Section 2. If either party wishes to propose a change or alter or amend any conditions of this Agreement to take effect after December 31, 2006, it shall notify the other party in writing sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement, such notice to set forth in detail the changes desired. Negotiations shall commence within 30 days thereafter.
Section 3. If neither party to this Agreement gives written notice at the time and in the manner specified above, this Agreement shall be extended for a period of one (1) year from the date of expiration.
