COLA Schedule for Identical Job Titles Represented by SEIU Local 925 at UWMC and SEIU 1199NW at Harborview
For affected job titles, the COLA schedule shall be:
July 1, 2007: 3.2 percent across-the-board wage increase.
July 1, 2008: 2.0 percent across-the-board wage increase.
January 1, 2009: 1.0 percent across-the-board wage increase.
June 16, 2009: Steps I, J and L will be changed to become 1 percent more than the preceding step.

For affected job titles, the COLA schedule shall be:
July 1, 2007: 2% across-the-board wage increase.
July 1, 2008: 2% across-the-board wage increase.
January 1, 2009: Addition of new top step “S” equal to 3.0 percent more than the previous top step “R”
