Summer’s almost here. It’s the best time to get outdoors and be active. When you quit tobacco, you’ll have increased lung capacity, heal from injuries more quickly, be better able to enjoy an active lifestyle, AND keep more money in pocket! You can do it.

Health Center.
For UW Students
Hall Health Center offers a tobacco cessation program free to all students, $200 for all others.
Washington State Residents
Other places to get help are through the Washington State Tobacco Quit Line at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669) or contact a "quit coach" using the new Click to Call service sponsored by the Washington State Department of Health. These services are confidential and free to Washington residents.
