Smoking Cessation

Are you ready to quit? Even if you’ve tried before, there are new medications and approaches that can help you quit for good. Help is available. Start by contacting your health plan to see if they offer a free smoking cessation program.

Other places to get help are through the Washington State Tobacco Quit Line at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669) or contact a "quit coach" using the new Click to Call service sponsored by the Washington State Department of Health. These services are confidential and free to Washington residents.
