Smoking Cessation

The Great American Smokeout is November 17 this year. On this date, smokers are highly encouraged to make a plan to quit as an important step towards a healthier life—one that can lead to reducing cancer risk. Quitting smoking is not easy, but it can be done. To have the best chance of quitting successfully, smokers need to know what they're up against, what their options are, and where to go for help. If you're a smoker or know someone who smokes, read about the Great American Smokeout!
