Eligible academic student employees receive excellent health coverage (medical, dental, and vision care) through the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program (GAIP). The current plan administrator and insurer of this program is LifeWise Assurance Company (LifeWise).

2010-2011	For coverage and services through September 30, 2011	Insurer: LifeWise Assurance Company Administrator: Welfare & Pension Administration Service (WPAS) Contact WPAS for questions about: Enrolling newly-eligible dependents due to a qualifying life event (such as marriage, birth, or adoption) occurring prior to October 1, 2011; Coverage and appeals during the 2010-2011 academic year; or Claims for services provided prior to October 1, 2011.
