Willamette Dental is a managed care plan that provides comprehensive benefits from a select network of participating dentists. There are no employee or dependent premiums for any of the UW dental plans. The dental premiums are 100% paid for by the University of Washington.
With Willamette Dental, you must typically see your primary care dentist for a referral to any specialist, and you must remain with your dentist of choice for a specified length of time. You receive minimal or no benefits if you seek care from nonparticipating dentists.
You may be responsible for copayments for each visit and for certain services. For a schedule of copayments and additional information on the plan, visit Willamette Dental.
