The University of Washington Benefits Fairs give UW employees the opportunity to explore their healthcare and insurance options. This is especially important to employees who are thinking of changing their 2010 medical or dental coverage during the Open Enrollment period—October 26 through November 30.

Open Enrollment is October 26–November 30, 2009.
In general, changes must be made during the Open Enrollment unless there is a Qualifying Life Event. Changes are effective January 1, 2010.
