Schedule for 2014

The University of Washington Benefits Fairs give UW employees the opportunity to explore their healthcare and insurance options. This is especially important to employees who are thinking of changing their medical or dental coverage during the Open Enrollment period in November.

Again this year, representatives from many areas will be on hand to talk to you at the Benefits Fair about products and services, such as:

UW Medical Center Plaza Cafe: Vendors for retirement plans, other insurances, and other campus partners.

Retiree Parking: On the day of the event, check with a parking specialist at a campus gatehouse and request to park in either the Central Plaza Underground Garage or the Padelford Parking Garage.

Benefits Fairs—Other Locations

If the UW benefits fair locations (listed above) are not conveniently located near you, consider attending a benefits fair at a different location where representatives for the PEBB health plans will be available to answer your questions. A list of state-wide benefits fairs will soon be published in October by the HCA.
