The Benefits Office is located in the O Building of the UW Tower Complex. Enter this secure building through the main lobby from 4333 Brooklyn Ave NE or through the skybridge from the garage. Swipe your UW Husky Card at the security turnstile or present a valid piece of identification (such as a driver's license) to security personnel:
You may hand-deliver completed Benefits forms and correspondence to the Benefits Office reception window during office hours, otherwise please use mail service. Do not leave items at the main floor Security desk!

All staff and visitors will be required to enter the building through the main entrance in the Tower Atrium off Brooklyn Avenue. UW staff should use their UW Husky Card (with or without photo) and visitors should present photo ID (such as a driver’s license) to Security. Read more access information .
The UW Tower parking garage is open and attended by Parking Services personnel during normal business hours (6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday) and special events. Visitor parking is located on the 3rd floor adjacent to the sky bridge entrance to the buildings. Off-hours access is restricted to building occupants with parking permits via the building card access control system. All vehicles and pedestrians are able to exit the garage at any time. The UW Tower is wheelchair accessible via the lobby entrance located on the plaza, west of the lobby security desk. Persons wishing to enter through the accessible entrance can do so by motioning to the lobby security officer who is able to remotely unlock the doors. Disability parking is available in the Tower garage, from which the building is accessible via the skybridge into the C-2 area of the building. Read more.
