Travel Agency List
State of Washington regulations require that all business airfare for UW travelers be purchased through a State contract travel agency, booking directly with any airlines' website or directly calling any airline. You must purchase tickets with either your individual UW Travel Charge Card or a department CTA . Use minority/women owned businesses whenever possible from the list below.
Discount airfare tickets for international routes only may be purchased from an air travel wholesaler who is not a contract travel agency if the following conditions are met:
Azumano Travel is the only state authorized internet provider. You must first log in with your UW NetID to read important information exclusive for UW travelers.
If you have already registered and read the important information, you may log in directly to Azumano.
Azumano provides the state contract airfares, low internet airfares, hotels, and car rentals. The fees are:
