Mentor Application Form

NoteInformation from this form will be posted to a secure page on this website for mentees to review. Mentees 
can request certain individuals in the available mentor pool, but the matching is done by the FM Diversity Team. 
Important matching criteria are mentee goals, compatibility, job skills, and cross-department matches for confidentiality. 
We will take any requests into account during the matching process, with the final match approved by both mentee & mentor.

Volunteering to mentor demonstrates an exceptional commitment to Financial Management, but don’t feel bad if you are
not initially matched with a mentee. The mentoring program has approximately three times as many mentors as mentees.
It’s not personal, not all mentors are matched with mentees. Unmatched mentors remain in the mentor pool for future mentoring opportunities.
