Do you want support and ideas to improve your life? Are you struggling with career or personal goals? Do you need assistance in setting goals?

Financial Management’s Mentoring program, designed and implemented by the Diversity Team as part of the Diversity Initiative, is launching the fourth group of mentoring pairs with an all day Mentor/Mentee Workshop on April 16 , 2007. The training is designed to establish the relationship between the mentor and mentee, focusing on mentee objectives, using newly acquired mentoring skills from the workshop to develop meaningful goals.
