Highlights of the Quality Improvement Principles Followed in Financial Management
Actions are measured through the eyes of the customer. Anything which does not add value for the customer should be considered for elimination. Continuous improvement is constant, gradual and incremental improvement. It is undramatic, involves small steps, is a team effort, focuses on processes and is driven by people. People are our greatest resource. By involving the right people in decision-making, better solutions are generated.
