As part of a larger composting program, Housing and Food Services is introducing compostable eating utensils at events catered by Bay Laurel Catering and at all of their food service locations.
The new cutlery is entirely reusable and degrades within 60 days. The program will keep as many as 3,000,000 forks, knives and spoons out of the landfill.
