A funded, full time POSTDOCTORAL POSITION is available to study midbrain dopamine function within the context of striatal, hippocampal, and prefrontal learning and memory systems. Studies involve high density single unit recording in freely behaving rats. Electrophysiological and MATLAB experience is preferred. The neuroscience community at the University of Washington is well established, and continues to grow in terms of its multidisciplinary nature. Thus, there are many opportunities to participate in related academic program activities.
