Position Details


The Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington is seeking applications for a full-time tenure track faculty appointment at the assistant professor or associate professor level; or a full-time clinician-teacher pathway track faculty appointment at the clinical assistant professor or clinical associate professor level, salaried with multiple year terms.    Course leadership in prosthodontics is expected with responsibilities including predoctoral didactic, laboratory, and clinical teaching.  Applicants must have a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree, and advanced training in fixed and removable prosthodontics from an ADA accredited post-graduate prosthodontic program or equivalent.  Applicants with a record of successful teaching experience will be given favorable consideration.  Independent research and scholarly activities are expected.  Licensure or the ability to become licensed in the State of Washington is required.  The University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service.  Opportunities will be available for intramural or extramural practice.  Salary and rank to commensurate with qualifications and experience.
