The Division of Genetics and Developmental Medicine invites applications for a Assistant Professor on the physician/scientist track in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington.
Candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics by the ABP and be available to participate in clinical activities throughout Washington and Alaska.
Candidate is required to provide 75% salary support through grant or other extramural funding. Candidate will be expected to develop an independent research program in developmental medicine, as well as participate in clinical care, teaching and training of medical students, residents, fellows and junior faculty, and administrative activities. Candidate must have experience collaborating with experts in early childhood development for research and clinical care within a recognized childhood development center.
Past research experience and publications in areas listed above or similar areas are essential.
