Due to Academic HR by February 1 each year:
- Artist-in-Residence to Senior Artist-in-Residence
- Associate Professor to Professor
- Associate Professor without Tenure to Professor without Tenure
- Clinical Associate Professor to Clinical Professor - Dental Pathway track
- Lecturer, full-time to Senior Lecturer
- Research Associate Professor to Research Professor
- Senior Lecturer to Principal Lecturer
- All early promotions (submitted prior to the mandatory year)
- Awards of Tenure: for example, Associate Professor without Tenure to Associate Professor
Due to Academic HR by March 1 each year:
- Clinical positions (except Dental Pathway)
- Affiliate positions
