Once the request has been reviewed and approved an email or letter of approval will be sent to the unit and to the appropriate Dean's/Chancellor's Office by AHR. Once the email or letter of approval has been received the department may enter the new salary in OPUS. The notification of AHR approval must be cited in the notes section of the PERM.
